Can this comment be explained please? (I was hoping this can be done remotely)
"Summary
BT have advised nothing remotely can be done and next step is a further SFI engineer"
(Special Faults Engineer - I assume).
Do I need to ring for another appointment to resolve this issue?
I was told by the original engineer a week ago that until the work at the cabinet is complete the fault cannot be worked on (he said several weeks).

It seems that we've been requested to get another engineer appointment for you to get this resolved.
We've booked one for tomorrow (13th) 1pm-6pm I hope that's OK?

Yes that's fine, I've updated the ticket. Hopefully the upload speed will get back to more normal levels (was 17.4)
