RouterStats Twin Peaks

Can anyone hazard a guess as to what this might be about (see attached screen-shot below).
Sync speed is a flat line at 8064Kbps.
Windows 10 Firefox 109.0 (64-bit)

Wild guess:
?Local electric power cut on one of the 3 phases? - not the one you are connected to obviously
So all the local electric and ADSL related phone line noise from those homes on the phase which failed disapears and the result is a short duration noise margin rise on those lines which are still working.

Maybe BTOR are messing about in my exchange with fibre ongoing in there and ADSL2+ on the horizon.
