Router with orange light and red flashing b

Hi,

two days ago I got an email saying my new broadband was up and running so yesterday I tried to plug my router following all the instructions but I got orange light and a red flashing b. I thought maybe the line was not active yet so I waited another day and tried again now but I am getting the same orange light and red flashing b.
It’s not easy at the moment to talk on the phone with the customer service.
What can I do to check if my line is ok?
My new phone number seems working, I tried to call it with my mobile phone and it rings.

Can anyone help me please?
