As title says, i have 2 PS4 and one connects no problem using wifi, and other worked up untill Tuesday . Now it only gets an IP address, but then fails with internet connection when i try connect. In my router it says in alerts:
FIREWALL icmp check (1 of 1): Protocol: ICMP Src ip: 5.135.14.249 Dst ip: 87.113.16.19 Type: Destination Unreachable Code: Port Unreacheable
FIREWALL replay check (1 of 23): Protocol: ICMP Src ip: 81.155.246.251 Dst ip: 87.113.16.19 Type: Destination Unreachable Code: Host Unreacheable
FIREWALL replay check (1 of 53): Protocol: ICMP Src ip: 91.138.75.147 Dst ip: 87.113.16.19 Type: Destination Unreachable Code: Port Unreacheable
every time i try connect. I have initialised the PS4 to factory defaults, reset my router using the small pin hole in back, making that factory default.
Before this i tried portforwarding PS4 ports using game and application settings.
Im on plusnet fibre, using Technicolor 582n. I can connect with whatever device i want except the PS4, even when its only device connected. Anyone help, ive got one upset little lad!

Do you have uPNP enabled?
Try enabling Pings on your WAN Interface (I think is under Firewall settings) to see if that also helps.

Thanks for your help, i worked it out. Even after factory resets on both ps4 and router, for some reason it was trying to give it an ip 87.113.16.19. I clicked on "Assign the public IP address of a connection to a device" and unassigned it, happy days!

Glad you got it fixed. The Technicolor/Thomson routers are not good for gaming console support.
