Router resetting all the time

Argh! I'm losing my connection a few times a day and I've no idea why Cry

Some common questions first if you would, so we can narrow it down.
Which model router are you using?
Can you describe what you mean by resetting?
There are a number of possible meanings here. Anything from fully reset resulting in your needing to fully reconfigure, to it rebooting and you needing to wait, or something as simple as dropping the authentication or DSL signal.

It's the 582n I was sent.
As far as I can tell the DSL drops, but the router itself stays powered up - I don't lose any settings or logs for example.

I can see you started raising a fault this weekend however unfortunately it timed out waiting for you to complete the questions. If you could run back through the wizard at http://faults.plus.net it'll raise a ticket through to our faults team on completion and they'll get your line tested and the fault resolved.
