Router random restarts and wifi dropping out

My plusnet hub one keeps restarting at random and the wifi keeps dropping its connection

What version of firmware are you running, and when was it last updated? You'll find this detail in the footer of the router pages at http://192.168.1.254

It is currently on firmware version 4.7.5.1.83.8.259.1.1 and was last updated on the 27-09-18.

That's the latest version so that won't be the cause.
