It's the day of the change from my old internet to plusnet the router still hasnt turned up and I am without internet now it's still saying my order for the router has not happened yet. Has this happened to anyone else

Hi @Anthonyj29, we are deeply sorry to hear you still haven't received the router.
The router has been ordered today, please allow 3-5 days for the router to be delivered however, you should receive it sooner as it will be sent via a first class postage.
