My phone line is being connected tomorrow. My router has not arrived, I have been trying all day to speak to someone regarding this, the last time I was on the line for 30mins finally spoke to a human who said he would connect me to the broadband dept only to be cut off
Is this normal plusnet customer service? Still have no idea when my router will arrive.
Can not email anyone.
