Router keeps restarting

Hi,

Been with Plusnet since 13th December 2016.  However, I've noticed that our Plusnet router keeps restarting itself.  This seems to happen at least once a day for no apparent reason.  Should it be doing this?

No the router should not be restarting, to be honest I would advise carrying out a factory reset on the router to see if that stops its from rebooting. If it still keeps rebooting post back and one of the Plusnet staff will be able to deal with it further.

By restarting, I'm assuming the light turns to green by itself?

 

Have you a Chromecast connected to the router, as previously a firmware update has proven to cause the Hub One to constantly power cycle itself.
