Every few days, when I try to get online I find that my router has gone back to its default settings, and I have to reset it with my Plusnet username and password. Anyone have any idea why this might be happening and what I could do about it? Thanks.
Hmm - that is really odd. Out of interested, do you have a different router you could connect to see if you're able to replicate the issue with different hardware?
No I'm afraid not. I wonder if the router is getting old and somehow needs replacing? Is this something that happens if things start to wear out... or does that not apply to routers? Same thing happened (Again!) last night: on average it happens about twice a week....
