Im a new customer with Plusnet, and im using the stanard router that comes with the package. From time to time, it drops the connnection for about a minute, then comes online again. Beginning to be a pain for me, as it interrupts my gaming and raiding on Warcraft. Any ideas?

[May be better to move this to the community support forum mods?]
Does the router run off the master socket or an extension and how far from the exchange are you? How often is it doing this and has it happened from the start?
You will probably need to go through the troubleshooting steps of posting your connections stats (e.g. attenuation, noise etc) which can be found in router statistics. Check cabling, move the router to the master socket and see if it happens if not already there, remove other devices to see if the router drops connection, change microfilters, change router...
Bit of a pain but if BT are called to your house and it isn't from the master socket back to the exchange then can charge £144+VAT for the privilege of their company

When you say you are a new customer did you move from a LLU supplier - if so and you are still within the 10 day training period this could well be the result.
