Router keep dropping out

Between 10pm and 12pm my router drops connection, it’s blue one second then starts flashing orange for a minute or two then is solid orange for a while then blue again. It then repeated this every few minutes. I’ve made sure all cables are properly plugged in iv restarted router multiple times but no fix. What do I do
