Router issues

I went on my laptop this afternoon and my connection to my router is limited so I troubleshooted it and it came up saying "Your broadband modem is experiencing connectivity issues" but I have restarted it 5 times disconnected the wires put them back in and still the same message?

stop bumping please and is the problem your internet connection or your connection to the router

Windows troubleshooter and when I connect to my router it says "no internet acces"

So on the router is the internet light red - I am trying to isolate whether it is a router connection or windows problem

The only issue I can see from my point of view Jason is that your connection dropped at around 3pm (just before you posted) and came back about 10 minutes later and seems to have been up since.

its working now, dont know what happend there, thanks anyway
