My Technicolor TG582n FTTC is starting to lock up on a daily basis if not more often. AM only noticing it more as am home from work at the minute and it requires me to restart the router every time. The most annoying part is that when it restarts, it asks me to re-log into the router admin panel and when I do so, the browser somehow overwrites the broadband credentials with the admin panel credentials, meaning the broadband connection is refused or times out.
I am thinking of replacing the wireless router with an Apple piece or maybe something else - any recommendations (household is almost entirely apple)
Cheers
J

Hi there,
Your router is still (just!) within the 12 month guarantee period, so if you factory reset it and it still errors as it is doing we can get a replacement out to you if you wish?
If not no worries, just wanted to make the offer while it was available
