Router dispatch time?

Hi, I ordered plusnet a couple of weeks back. My line is due to be activated next Tues but i've still not had my router dispatched? It shows as ready in my account but says an order has not been placed? Is this normal?

It's usually done so the router arrives a day or two before your activation date my router arrived on the Tuesday (first class post)  and my service activated on the Thursday, as yours is next Tuesday i would expect it to be shipped by the end of the week.

Hi ninteh,
I've just had a look for you and can confirm that your router should arrive later this week. As stated by Terranova667 the system is designed to dispatch your router so that it arrives a couple days prior to your activation date.

You should see that it has now been dispatched.
