Router delivery

The phone line got installed on the 17-01, the router still hasnt arrived and no email confirmation has been sent to notify me the router is on its way. The internet is due to go live at the start of the week. When I log in it says the router hasn't been ordered yet and gives an option to buy, even though I paid to get this delievered. And in the first email it stated the router will be send out shortly. The ordered number is HW42471292. Can an update on this be given please?

It will probably be faster if you rang Plusnet and asked what is happening.

Hi @blaithin93 and welcome to the community forums.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your router yet. The reason for this is because of the way your order has been placed with the phone line completing first and then broadband to complete after. You're router is being processed and will arrive in the post in the next 3-5 days and your broadband order is committed for the 27/01/2017 and can take up to midnight to complete.
