Router delivery for new connection

Hi,

I recently switched from Sky to Plusnet thinking that the WiFi issues I had with Sky would be less. My wife and I both work from home so we need uninterupted internet. I placed the order on 29th June and I received an email saying the router was dispatched on 10th July. The broadband activation date was the 14th July. Today is 15th. I haven't received the router yet. I am strugging to work with the support of mobile hotspot. Please can anbody tell me what to do now? I didn't know Plusnet would be so horrible.

Hi Gel,

I have two old routers from Sky and NOWTV. I have little idea about configuring the router. Do you mind explaning me how?
