Router connected but no internet

Hi,
Over the past month, my mother has had no internet connection on her laptop or iPad. The router has been reset on 3 or 4 occasions - each time there is an internet connection for about 10-15 mins.  Then the red light appears on the router and connection is lost.
Both the laptop and iPad are showing as being connected to the plusnet wireless network but cannot get any web page to load.
Any suggestions?

Does she have ADSL or FTTC?
Can you access the router to get the logs from the admin page?

Hi, we're currently seeing password errors when you're trying to connect to us, please log in to the router and double check the password. Once it's correct you should be fine to connect again though you'll need to click the button on the router's interface to do so.
