Router buzzin and slow responses?

Hi,
My technicolor TG582n router has started to buzz when I restart it and when the buzzin stops its slow to respond than usual?

I know that isn't normal and I've plugged it in another plug socket and I've used the original power supply plug that was supplied with the router

Is it less than a year old?

Yer I've only had it about 3 or 4 months

Have you commented about it on your fault ticket? If not I suggest you do so.
Less than a year old it should be replaced for free.

Did we send you one upon signing up with us?

I ment I am still using the original plug for the router

where did you get the router from as Plusnet don't seem to have a record of supplying one to you

They supplied it to me as a replacement 3 or 4 months ago
