Trying to follow instructions to change password and I can't do it because I am told old password is incorrect. Asked for old password reminder and I am told that it is as I thought.
Wonder why it will not let me in?
Kind regards.
Norman.

If you haven't changed the password on the router since you received it, then it's likely to be blank. Enter 'Administrator' as the username and leave the password blank.

Which password? The PN pw or the router's? Strangely, I had a bit of a problem last week when trying to log in to the Member Area... kept telling me that my pw was incorrect. However it corrected itself later in the day so I dunno what the problem was.
