Hi,

Please can someone tell me how to change my wi-fi password and the name of the network? I've contacted PlusNet online chat four times today but am none the wiser.

If you carry out the following steps you should be able to get online:
1) Log in to the router at 192.168.1.254
2) Go to Advanced Settings
3) Enter your routers admin password (This should be printed on the label on your router)
4) Go to Wi-Fi
5) There should be the options on this page to change the Wi-Fi Name (SSID) and Wi-Fi Password
