This router says it has the facility to deny access to specific users as shown on its ' device configure page'
This page has a 'Allowed on WLAN' option that does not work
Plus net engineers do not show the facility on their support computers and say it's not supported
I am using a imac and have done all the usual things like resetting the router , turning off the connected device first etc
Has anyone got this working?
Very useful for controlling child access

Many thanks for your efforts
It looks like it would work for a Windows PC but I can't get the command window up on a Mac
Plusnet can't explain why it's disabled

Open the Terminal app (located in Utilities) and run "telnet 192.168.1.254" that will get you on to the router.
That's RPM to you!!

Glad you've got it working.
I don't remember seeing the "Allowed on WLAN" / Disable on WLAN working in the GUI of any Thomson router I've ever used.
Note:
You may also find the "TOD Access Control Schedule" of interest for parental control. Details on the same site
