Router Restarts

Hi,
Could I ask a Plusnet Staff member to look at my line. Due to issues I was having with some powerline adapters I have had to unplug and restart my router numerous times today. I am concerned that my line will be seen as having issues and changes will be made to snr or capping speed. I don't want any changes made to my line as it has been very stable. I have sorted out the issues with the powerline adapters.

If there are any chances about to happen to your SNR we can't stop them unfortunately, however these would generally happen pretty quickly following any disconnections. I can't see any issues with your line and it looks fine at the moment.
