Router Page too long to download

Hi,
I have a problem that developed in the last few days.  When Internet line is dropped I reconnect by bringing up Voyager 210 web page and clicking on connect.  That page used to come up almost instantly and it now takes up to 10 seconds.
I suspect that my installing Windows Live Messenger may have something to do with this delay, but I am only guessing.  Is there a way to check and correct, please?
I have another browser - Opera - and that comes up instantly.
I am running Windows XP Pro.
Thanks for your trouble,
Alex

If your browser has the windows live search installed uninstall it and see if it makes any difference.
Also remove the google toolbar if you are running IE7 as it is not needed.

I could not find Windows Live Search, but I removed Google toolbar and Messenger.  What a difference! IE now loads instantly.
Thanks for the advice,

Alex
