Router Order Stalled?

As part of my order for upgrading to Unlimited, which completed satisfactorily on 17 Jan,  I also ordered a router which has not arrived. The order status shown in the Member Centre (see below) suggests to me that the order may have stalled, or am I being impatient?
If it has stalled could someone give it a nudge please?

Hi Whiffler,
Your router has been dispatched today, sorry for the initial delay. It's something we're aware of and we have a problem raised for this 74212.
You should receive it in the next few days.
