Router Help Please

Unfortunately due to certain circumstances I do not wish to disclose, I need to kick someone off my internet/router. However each time I have accessed the router control panel to change the password for the wireless connection and apply it, my router either doesn't process the command or ignores it full stop. I really would like to rid this person and I am wondering whether I am doing something wrong or whether I have a problem with the router itself?
Thank-you to anyone who can help.

Re: Router Help Please

Have a look at this article and make sure you have the latest firmware for your Thomson, then try resetting the wireless key again.
