Our service went live on the 17th, but it's now the 22nd and we still have yet to receive the router - leaving us with no internet since last Thursday. Is there anywhere I can find out the delivery status of the router? We received an email on the 15th saying it was dispatched and should arrive within 3-5 days, but no further communication.
