Router Delivery

Hi there I am a bit concerned about my FO activation which is planned for tomorrow - my router hasn't been delivered yet and I guess this will cause a delay on the activation.
can you please expedite the delivery asap?

Hey linopizzi,
I'm sorry to report it looks like theres been an issue with the delivery.
However, I've just managed to catch the post and arrange for a router to be sent out by special delivery which will be with you by 1PM tomorrow.

thanks will you be able to confirm when the engineer will arrive tomorrow? Also I've asked the MAC to Sky they said that is not neededHuh and their system sees already the cancellation which will take place tonight. They weren't able to generate the MAC has the cancellation as already been processed - can you please confirm that MAC is not needed in this case and the order is proceeding? thanks!
