Our service went live on the 17th, but it's now the 22nd and we still have yet to receive the router - leaving us with no internet since last Thursday. Is there anywhere I can find out the delivery status of the router? We received an email on the 15th saying it was dispatched and should arrive within 3-5 days, but no further communication.

From what you're saying it's appears as though it has been dispatched I would check with customer support you can live chat here

I'm assuming the hardware has reached you by now. I've managed to track multiple accounts from your details so let me know if anything needs following up on from this.

Yes, the routers appear to have arrived this morning, so we can now set them up! I think we should be good now. Many thanks.
