Ringing every day for 2 weeks and no reply - now been cut off

I've been calling every day and holding on for long periods to renew my contract.  Of course, plusnet have been taking money from my account but not bothered to answer phone and when i tried online chat, i got abuse and back chat instead of the help i was asking for - what an appalling way to treat a long standing OAP customer.

I'm sorry for any long waits you might have experienced.

 

I've just had a look at the current call queues and it's around 10 minutes at present for customer options so you should be able to get through if you're able to try now.
