Doesn't look like there's anything wrong there? That's a pretty good upload speed for uncapped ADSL2+. What did it used to be please?

Edit - So games are unresponsive when played online, youtube and netflix seem to be fine, skype is fine, downloading from dropbox is fine but the upload takes triple the time it should. im so baffled by what is going on, no body seems to know

Also for only 6 hours running the download errors are also high but I don't think that is the problem

If you dial 17070 option 2 is the line completely quiet - preferably with a corded phone
Assuming that this is quiet the next thing is to try the test socket and check the errors after a few hours
Which router do you have

I don't know if the user defined part works but if it does can you set it to graph the upstream crc's

From the main screen select Summary
Then using the mouse select the CRC upstream like the picture (you do it by dragging the mouse over it with the left button depressed just like selecting text in a document and right click to get the menu and click on user def it will then graph it.
You can do the same thing with downstream CRC if you wish

have you tried the test socket to see if the errors are about the same
