Ridiculous pings during evenings?

Anyone else experiencing this? I cant even stream properly. I do a speed test and get 250 ping when usually its under 10. So far I aint happy at all with the performance of "super fast" fibre optic broadband from plusnet.

They are having problems http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,111170.0.html affects a number of gateways

Didnt that only effect PCL gateways?

It was just affecting 2 PTN gateways but should be resolved now.  (we were gathering some data!).  Better now?

Still having trouble watching a stream in very low quality aswell.

I'm nor sure that it's over yet on ptn-ag02.

Just been totally kicked out. lose of DSL on modem, once it came back the 582n wouldnt connect to it for several attempts, now on pcl-ag05, hope this gateway is ok tonight

tonight on  ptw-ag02. lost connection  at about  9.45 for a few mins
