I previously spoke with someone via live chat, when querying where my reward is they advised that I could no longer claim it as it had expired. When I questioned this I was informed that I should have received an email 10 days after signing up back in August. I can confirm that I did not receive any email (I have checked my spam folders).
Please can this situation be rectified? I think it's very unfair that you have to claim your "free reward", I was not aware of this and was completely reliant on an email that I never received.
Having read some other posts on this site it sounds like the email not being sent is fairly common. In those instances the reward was still honoured so I expect the same results.
