Returning a loan router

As part of an attempt to fix my ongoing speed/noise problems I was loaned a Thomson router by PlusNet support, which I still have.  I'm probably going to be cancelling my PlusNet account soon.  When I do, how do I go about returning the loan router?
Thanks in advance.

HI AJones
I've sent out a pre-paid returns bag for you.

Re: Returning a loan router

JoJo,
Would you mind doing the same for me?  I have a Netgear N300 loaned to me by your support team when we were sorting out the earlier No-NAT issues about 3 months ago.
Thanks.
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

Hi AlaricAdair
Yes, I've done that for you now.

Re: Returning a loan router

Would you be interested in getting my non-loan Netgear back (supplied as a mandatory element of Fibre)? It is still in its shrink wrap, and I'll never use it.
Yes I know that you have charged me 4.99 to have it posted to me, but I'm fine with that. It would be quite nice if you would get rid of the £40 charge if I terminate early - which I have no plan to do. But my motivation is simply to save the planet from 1 router's worth of landfill...

Hi AxeMurderer,
Thanks, but there's no facility to do that as it's a mandatory part of the fibre package.

That's fine, and what I expected, but you can still have it back if you want it.
