Reset

I'm sure this has probably been answered already but I'm new to the site. During the last few weeks I keep having to reset my router just because I can not get onto the internet. As I look at the laptop or iPad it shows connected but IE or Chrome will not load. The lights on router are frantically flashingHuh?  Any ideas, end of contract coming up and thinking of leaving if this doesn't improve!

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're having with your connection. I've just made some changes to some of the settings on your line which I hope will resolve the issue for you. Please allow 15-20 minutes for this change to take effect.
Please let us know if the problem persists.
