Note my profile has been dropped to 1.75; was 2.5 and I normally achieve higher, typically 3200/3400.

Can it be reset asap please?

Had a big storm yesterday with a lot of thunder & lightning which was causing drops for duration till I turned off;
(Overhead BT & Power lines here) storm gone but need some decent speed please.

Come on you should know how the system work the amount of times that you come on here asking for you profile to be changed.
PN can only change the profile on their side and at the moment with a sync speed of 2240kbps BT profile will be 1750kbps. It look like the storms has increased you SNR margin to 12dB and PN may reset your margin but they normally would wait to see that you have a stable connection before doing so.

Yes , but Plus Net can accelerate BT normal slothful procedures, and we all have right to demand when needed.
I know even my normal speed of 3200 will seem painfully slow to many.

I'm sure that this is not what you want to hear, but I am afraid you are going to have to wait for your profile to increase. PlusNet will only do something if it hasn't increased for at least three days.

Hi Gel,
I see that you normally turn your router off at night. As your line is not performing at its best I would recommend leaving it on for a good few days, maybe a week at least so that the line can stabilise. I tried to run a line test but your outer has been off since last night.
