Re: Reset my profile please

Come on you should know how the system work the amount of times that you come on here asking for you profile to be changed.
PN can only change the profile on their side and at the moment with a sync speed of 2240kbps BT profile will be 1750kbps. It look like the storms has increased you SNR margin to 12dB and PN may reset your margin but they normally would wait to see that you have a stable connection before doing so.

Re: Reset my profile please

Yes , but Plus Net can accelerate BT normal slothful procedures, and we all have right to demand when needed.
I know even my normal speed of 3200 will seem painfully slow to many.

Do you want my 1750kbps?

I'm sure that this is not what you want to hear, but I am afraid you are going to have to wait for your profile to increase. PlusNet will only do something if it hasn't increased for at least three days.

Re: Reset my profile please

Hi Gel,
I see that you normally turn your router off at night. As your line is not performing at its best I would recommend leaving it on for a good few days, maybe a week at least so that the line can stabilise. I tried to run a line test but your outer has been off since last night.
