Hi Stoley,
It looks like you had a low sync blip back on the second, so I would expect your speeds to improve again within the next 24 hours.

Hello again,
Thanks for replying so quickly Jameseh & martin2006. I collected the line stats off the router which confirm that the downstream rate is being picked up at 2462kbps....
Line Stats:
ADSL Line Type GDMT
ADSL Line Coding INTERLEAVED
Line Attenuation (Down):46 (Up):28
Noise Margin (Down):11 (Up):24
Total Output Power (Down):0 (Up):0
Current Rate DownStr: 2464(K) UpStr: 448(K)
ADSL Line Status UP
FEC(FAST) (Near):0 (Far):0
FEC(INTERL) (Near):408 (Far):3624
CRC(FAST) (Near):0 (Far):0
CRC(INTERL) (Near):6 (Far):32
HEC(FAST) (Near):0 (Far):0
HEC(INTERL) (Near):68 (Far):0
Showtime last(sec) 1202218716
ADSL_FW_Version 0.49
ADSL_Board_Type Annex A
I guess its a 'wait 72hrs' from the blip for BT to re-profile my connection. Hopefully all will be back to normal soon.
Thanks again,
Stoley.

will leave you in the hands of pn to unravel those, have you made sure all your filters and cable are ok, and not running near major power souces like multi plugs etc, i also fitted the items below to rule out any problems at my end as best i could.
