I asked to migrate to the fibre and there is an engineer appointment planned for March, 17th. Unfortunately I need to reschedule it, if possible to the weekend after. Please, could you do that?

You are better off calling Plusnet by phone.

Unfortunately, our suppliers don't have weekend slots available for installs so we wouldn't be able to change it to that.
There is availability for Monday to Friday for the week after however
