Request to DCT for Line Test

My max attainable rate has halved over the last week and is currently below 10.5Mb/s after reaching 24Mb/s last week. Current synch is 15.59Mb/s but I am expecting this to fall when the HH5 re-starts in the next day or so.        http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,130879.0.html
AndyH has suggested that a GEA test might help to see if there are any issues on the line. Could one of the DCT please run the test?

Hi John,
I've ran a test on your line and nothing really showing any indication of a fault on the line. However, if you can raise a fault through - https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults so we look further into it for you.

Thank, Dan,
I'll do a full  work-up of data for a ticket but will probably wait for a day or so until the modem re-synchs and see what that does. Max rate is still down around 10.2 Mb/s but the modem seems to be hanging on with a synch speed of 15.9 Mb/s and a download speed of 14.85. It almost makes me wonder whether the HH5 is reporting an accurate picture.
