Ex Nildram member myself, I joined Plusnet after them
Ticket support or telephone support do everything the normal way, the PN guys on these forums go out of there way to get things sorted for people. Have several things done for me, likewise with your product change Smiley
Plusnet beat Nildram in my opinion, for the service and support. Been here 2 years now, we all had a rough time a monthish ago, but I didnt even consider leaving Wink

Tah, havnt checked since this morning, the Ticket said on hold til Friday
