Request for Plusnet to restore my download speed please

For the last 10 days or so my download speed has been down to 50% of what it used to be.

Was 10mb, now 5Mb

Router has been re-set - makes no difference.

BT van was in the area so they probably mucked it up AGAIN.

Please can I have my dl speed back?

Checks are showing that the connection is dropping quite frequently and has been for a few days now.

Please report a fault with us over at http://faults.plus.net if that continues.
