Request for Max Speed upgrade query

Hi, I'm with Metronet, end of last week I applied for a Max speed upgrade, ticket No 22516495, the ticket got closed with this message : -
Closed : We acknowledge your request to be regraded to DSLMax as a priority and will endeavour to submit your order ASAP.

Does this mean that some thing is actually going to be done ( I know it can take a couple of weeks) or is it just a standard reply and nothing will be done?

Looks like the regrade's in the system and should be done by the end of the week.
