Request for IP Profile Reset Please

Hi -

My measured download throughput speed is 0.40 Mbps (@ speedof.me)

My router sync speed is 1.45 Mbps

My BT IP Profile is 1.28 Mbps

My Plusnet IP Profile is 0.50 Mbps.

 

Plusnet Tech Support: Can you reset my Plusnet IP Profile to something higher please? like 1.28?

Can you stop it from dropping so low? - which it does every few months?

Apologies for any inconvenience that was causing. I've bumped it up to 1250 for you. You may need to disconnect/reconnect for it to take affect on your side.

Unfortunately it is set based off of the speed delta reports we get from our suppliers. Admittedly I'm not entirely sure why it keeps dropping so low, but the delta reports keep coming through setting it at that Undecided
