Request for ADSL2+ with capped upstream

I would like my line to be set for ADSL2+ with capped upstream. I think that would be better than its current strange ADSL1 with uncapped upstream mode.
Current line stats:

"Trained mode: 3" indicates G.dmt aka ADSL1. I think the target SNRM is 9 mainly for historical reasons, the line used to run much slower until I disconnected the bell wires about 3 years ago. And the only time the SNRM was reduced from 12 to 9 was after the line was accidentally running on ADSL2+ a while ago.
I also have a wildly optimistic estimate of 4.5Mbps from BTWholesale, which is estimating ADSL2+ will be 50% faster!
