Request: Line Profile Reset

It appears that BT (Openreach)  have finally resolved the problem with noise on the line, however my once blisteringly fast 3mbps has now dropped to around 0.1mbps. I politely request that my line profile is reset in the hopes that I might once again reach the dizzying heights of 3mbps.

Taking a look now, sounds like you're aware that the phone fault has likely impacted the broadband so let me see what we can do.

I've reset the line, but need to give your profile a nudge on our systems but they are running a tad slow at the moment, I'll sort that as soon as I can.

If you disconnect/reconnect you should see an improvement in the speeds again.
