Reported Fault 2 weeks ago still awaiting resolution

Last response was Tuesday but I can't answer calls at work when I'm busy earning the money to pay for a service I'm not getting. Resorted to Forum to find similar problems and try and resolve myself but nothing .

Looks like a DNS server issue with constant timeouts when try to connect to new site, Browser reports took too long to connect !!

Never had this problem before and never had such poor service from Plusnet in 20 years
