I have just completed a fault report and one question wasn't corretly worded.
Unfortunately I didn't take a screen print so I will try to remember.
The question was basically
Have you tried another router and did it solve the problem.
The second option and the related note didn't match if you had another router and it didn't solve the problem

Is this the bit?
Quote Does using a different modem or router fix the problem?
Yes, fault fixed when using a different broadband modem or router
Unable to test with alternative hardware, or fault continues with alternate hardware

It's there and agreed, it is a horrible question, or rather the answer is.
If you say it fixed it, it goes on to ask where it was purchased. If from us in the past 12 months, we replace it. However the answer you selected does not always meet our needs either. Would save us lots of time to record using alternate hardware and it not working, to not having access to alternate hardware.
