Replacement modem

I have been using the Plusnet supplied Thompson tg585 since I joined at the end of 2009,  For the past year or so my internet speeds have varied between about 0.2 Mb and 7Mb.  I recently borrowed an old router from a relative and since then the speed has been stable.  I wonder if Plusnet would send me a replacement router.

You'd only get one if you ask at contract renewal time, perhaps getting charged the P+P.

Yes I think they will for a £7.99 delivery charge - not sure if it involves a new contract. Though if your generally happy with your connection that is not a problem.
