Repeated broadband drop outs.
My broadband keeps dropping out for a few seconds sometimes up to a five or ten minutes, then comes back. I have switched the filter and followed the advice on here. Any further tips?

Sorry to hear you're having issues.
It's certainly intermittent as shown below
Our tests are showing a external fault on the line so we've raised that for further investigation
We'll update you when we know more
