Remove BT Sport app from Broadband account

How do I cancel bt Sport from my broadband account? I'm going round in circles trying to find a way. I had a promotional discount which has now ended and I want to cancel it now.

Hey there,

You can call in the customer service in order for them to remove your BT Sport App. As such, it will then not appear into the next invoice.

If prefer not to call plusnet. I've has terrible experiences of having to wait in a queue to be answered for over half an hour. Is there no other way?

Maybe write a ticket and someone will come across your account and give you a call regarding this matter.
